1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Chatrigo services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Chatrigo is an AI-based WhatsApp automation platform that helps businesses respond to customers automatically. Services include: AI auto-responder, Analytics and tracking, WhatsApp Business system integration, Monitoring dashboard.
3. User Obligations
3.1. Lawful Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3.2. Prohibited Content
Using the service for the following is prohibited: fraud, spam, illegal goods sales, pornography, gambling activities, or intellectual property violations.
3.3. WhatsApp Compliance
You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business Policy. Chatrigo is not responsible for number blocking by WhatsApp due to policy violations.
3.4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. Payment and Refund
Payment is made upfront for the selected subscription period. We do not offer refunds after 7 days from the purchase date, except in cases of significant service failure on our part.
5. Limitation of Liability
Chatrigo is not liable for: (a) Business losses due to service disruption; (b) WhatsApp number blocking by WhatsApp; (c) Data loss due to user error; (d) Response delays due to technical issues beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property of Chatrigo are protected. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute the service without written permission.
7. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if: (a) You violate terms and conditions; (b) Use the service for illegal activities; (c) Perform activities that harm our systems.
8. Service Changes
Chatrigo reserves the right to change, add, or remove service features at any time with prior notice.
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or competent courts in Indonesia.
